Unfortunately we cannot accept electronic submissions, so you will need to print out the form and send by post along with your chosen form of payment. Please note the deadline for registration is 20 May, after which a £40 surcharge will apply. The cancellation deadline is 7 July, and we regret that we are unable to provide refunds after this date.

Couples accommodation
The on-campus accommodation is for singles only. However, should you be travelling with a partner, or simply prefer more luxurious accommodation, we recommend the Lancaster House Hotel immediately adjacent to the campus. More details about the hotel can be found at http://www.elh.co.uk/hotels/lancaster/. Please note that as it is a commercial hotel and July is peak holiday season, early booking is advisable. We regret that the conference team cannot make bookings for you, but we can offer a special rate to conference delegates; please contact the organisers for further information.

Phantasmagoria show
Dr Mervyn Heard of the Magic Lantern Society will be presenting an authentic Phantasmagoria show after dinner on Tuesday 21 July. You may have seen Dr Heard’s work previously at the Tate Britain’s Gothic Nightmares exhibition or in Tim Burton’s film Sleepy Hollow. Entrance to the show is free but ticketed, due to limited space. We would be grateful if you could indicate whether or not you would like a ticket for the show.
